This recipe is a great idea to turn ordinary fruits into a tasty and aromatic jam. The combination of pear, apple and banana gives a delicate taste and sunny color, and lemon juice adds a light acidity.
Ingredients
- Pears: 500 g
- Apple: 1 pc.
- Bananas: 3 pcs.
- Sugar: 400 g
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp. l.
Prepare jam from pears and bananas
Wash pears and apples, peel and core them. Cut into small cubes. Transfer the fruit to a pan, cover with sugar and leave for 1 hour. This will help the fruit release juice.

Place the pan over medium heat. When the mixture boils, add chopped pieces of banana.
Reduce the heat and cook for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the jam from burning.
10 minutes before the end of cooking, add lemon juice and mix well.
If desired, to obtain a more delicate consistency, puree the hot jam with an immersion blender.
Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, screw the lids on tightly and turn them upside down until completely cool.
