Turkey Paprikash

This paprikash recipe is a great way to cook tender meat in a flavorful sour cream sauce. The turkey turns out to be incredibly juicy, and the addition of paprika and leeks gives the dish an exquisite taste.

Ingredients

  • Turkey thigh fillet: 300–400 g
  • Sour cream: 150 g
  • Leek: white part
  • Ghee: for frying
  • Flour: 1 tbsp. l.
  • Paprika: 2 tsp
  • Oregano: a pinch
  • Salt and pepper: to your taste

Paprikasha preparation

Cut the turkey into small cubes and roll them in flour, shaking off the excess. Fry in hot oil until golden, then put the meat on a plate.

Cut the leek into rings and fry in the same oil left in the pan until soft.

Return the meat to the pan, pour 50 ml of water and simmer over low heat with the lid on for 7-10 minutes.

Add sour cream, salt and spices. Mix thoroughly, heat for another minute and remove from heat.
