How to make apple strudel with cinnamon
Mix flour, water, oil and salt. Knead the dough to a uniform consistency so that it stops sticking to your hands. Wrap in film and leave in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes. Add lemon juice to prevent them from darkening. Chop the nuts. Melt 20 g of butter in a pan, add apples and simmer for five minutes. Add nuts, cinnamon and sugar, mix and let the filling cool.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. On a towel dusted with flour, roll out the dough as thin as possible. Stretch it with your hands to make a rectangle. Grease with 50 g of melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread the filling evenly. Leave the edges free. Wrap the dough with a towel.

Transfer the strudel, seam side down, onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the top with the remaining oil. Bake for 40 minutes.
