Ingredients for 8 servings:
butter 82.5% 100 g
powdered sugar 100 g
egg C1 1 pc.
vanilla extract 5 drops or to taste
high grade wheat flour 200 g
almond flour 20 g
cocoa powder 1 tsp
Preparation:
Step 1
Take the butter out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before you start cooking so that it softens. Put the softened butter in a bowl, add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 2
Add the egg and mix again until smooth.
Step 3
Add both types of flour and knead a smooth, plastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
Step 4
Separate about ¼ of the dough and add cocoa to it, mix until smooth. Wrap both types of dough in cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Make balls of the light dough with a diameter of about 1-1.5 cm. Form the body of the sheep by laying out about 15 balls on a baking sheet in the shape of a circle so that they are touching, but it is not necessary to mold them and press them to each other or to the baking sheet. Make a head, an ear, 2 legs and a tail of a sheep from the chocolate dough, attach it to the body. With the help of a toothpick, draw an eye and make notches on the ear and paws.
Step 6
Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes until light brown.
Delicious!
