Mushroom season is now open! And as soon as you cook them with fried potatoes, make caviar like this.
Ingredients:
300 g of any mushrooms – but, of course, white ones have a special aroma, so it would be good to add at least one white mushroom
1 large bulb
2 Art. spoons of sour cream
to submit:
onion bread – half a package
a few sprigs of dill
Preparation:
Step 1. Finely chop the onion and fry it until golden, put it on a plate.
Step 2. Wash the mushroom assortment with hot water and put it in a pot with boiling water, cook for 20 minutes (if you are cooking with chanterelles or chanterelles, you do not need to cook them), drain the water. Finely chop the mushrooms with a knife and put them in a pan, add oil and fry until the excess liquid evaporates.
Step 3. Add onions and sour cream to the mushrooms, mix and put out for 5 minutes – the mushroom caviar is ready.
Step 4. Place the calves by a teaspoon on the bread and garnish with dill.
Delicious!
