This recipe is the perfect way to prepare juicy beef tenderloin with a fragrant pepper crust. Roast beef baked in foil is incredibly tender and tasty.
Ingredients
- Beef tenderloin: 1 pc.
- Mustard: 4 tbsp. l.
- Mixture of 5 peppers (freshly ground): 10 g
- Garlic: 3–4 cloves
- Olive oil, salt – to taste
Cooking roast beef
Clean the beef tenderloin from the films. Rub it with salt and mustard. Place in a container and send to the refrigerator for an hour to marinate the meat.
Prepare the dressing mixture: rub the garlic with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and mix until a thick consistency is obtained.

On a well-heated pan, fry the tenderloin on all sides until golden brown.
Coat the fried meat with a mixture of garlic and pepper, wrap in two layers of foil.
Bake in an oven heated to 190°C for 30 minutes.

After baking, remove the roast beef from the oven and leave it to “rest” in the foil for another 15 minutes. This will allow the juices to be evenly distributed inside the meat.
