Cooking pumpkin dumplings
Peel the pumpkin from the skin and pulp. Grate on a large grater, then transfer to a colander and squeeze out excess liquid so that the drumsticks do not spread during frying.
Add salt, egg, flour and spices to the pumpkin mass. Mix thoroughly to a homogeneous, thick consistency.
On a heated pan with oil, spread the drumsticks with a spoon. Fry for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
In order to remove excess fat, lay out the finished dumplings on paper towels.
