Chocolate fondant is a classic dessert that impresses with its contrast: a crispy crust and warm, liquid chocolate inside. This recipe will allow you to create a real culinary masterpiece that will give you unforgettable taste sensations.
Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate (72% cocoa and more) 90 g
- Butter 50 g
- 2 eggs
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Flour 1 tbsp. l.
- Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
How to make fondant
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a steam bath, stirring constantly. Avoid direct contact with water so that the chocolate does not overheat.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar until smooth.

Step 3
When the chocolate mixture cools down a little, pour it into the egg-sugar mass and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
Step 4
Sift cocoa powder and flour into the mixture. Stir the dough well so that there are no lumps, and set aside.Step 5
Prepare baking tins by greasing them with butter and dusting with cocoa powder. Pour the batter into the molds, filling them to ⅔.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the fondant for 10-12 minutes. The dessert is ready when its top is covered with cracks, and it begins to lag behind the walls of the mold.
Serve the fondant immediately, while still warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
