A festive snack that looks like a Napoleon cake. You can prepare it a day before the celebration – it will only become tastier. Choose any filling: from a simple but win-win combination of chicken and mushrooms to more sophisticated versions such as pear with blue cheese.
Ingredients for 4 servings
leaf yeast dough 1 pack.
chicken leg 2 pcs.
mushrooms 100 g
onions 50 g
hard cheese 80 g
mayonnaise 1 jar (150 g)
sour cream 25% 50 g
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
a pair of garlic cloves
fresh dill 15 g
butter 10 g
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
a pinch of dry garlic
Preparation:
Step 1
Roll out the dough and cut out of it two squares of approximately 20 by 20 cm. You will need the scraps later for decoration. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then cool and divide each square in half.

Step 2
Boil the chicken leg until ready, cool.
Step 3
Cut the onion and mushrooms, fry until ready in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil with the addition of salt, pepper and dried garlic.
Step 4
Gather the filling: chopped chicken, mushrooms with onions, then dill and grated cheese.

Step 5
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with sour cream and chopped garlic, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Collect the “cake”: crust, filling, sauce. Repeat three times.

Step 7
Grease the finished product with sauce and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Delicious!
