Tangerine Marmalade for Cheese.

This marmalade has a rich taste with bright citrus notes and spicy ginger. The dessert will be a great pair with cheeses, pâtés or crispy toasts for breakfast.

Ingredients for 24 servings:

tangerines 200 g

prosecco 100 ml

sugar 50 g

dry ginger ½ tsp

gelatin 1 pack.

water for soaking 90 g

Preparation:

Step 1

Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the tangerines and cut them into pieces. Grind them with sugar in a blender until you get a homogeneous mass.

Step 3

Bring the mixture to a boil. Then add prosecco and ginger, boil a little more to evaporate the alcohol. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly.

Step 4

Add the swollen gelatin to the warm tangerine mass and mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for a few hours until it hardens completely.

Step 6

After the marmalade hardens, carefully remove it from the molds and serve.
