Serve them with mashed potatoes, boiled rice or another favorite side dish, and you have a great lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
chicken minced meat 1 pack. (500 g)
breadcrumbs 30 g (approximately 2 tablespoons)
butter 50 g
salt to taste
pepper to taste
fresh parsley
1 clove fresh garlic
milk 40 ml
Dijon mustard 30 g
cream 30% 2 bottles (380 g)
cheddar cheese 100 g
tomato paste 10 g
1 onion
Preparation:
Step 1
Take the butter out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking to soften it. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Finely chop the parsley and garlic, add to the bowl with the minced meat. Pour the breadcrumbs there.
Step 2
Salt, pepper and pour milk.
Step 3
Add the softened butter. Mix until the components are combined.
Step 4
Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Place the onion in a blender glass and grind until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 5
Add cream, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to the onion. Stir.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add to the sauce and mix.
Step 7
Using a tablespoon with wet hands, shape the minced meat into meatballs with a diameter of about 5 cm. Place in a baking dish.
Step 8
Pour the dumplings with sauce. Cover the form with foil in 2 layers and bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for 10 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
