Ingredients for 4 servings:
large cherries or mini tomatoes 18 pcs.
hard cheddar cheese 200 g
1 clove of fresh garlic.
sour cream 15% 50 ml
smoked paprika 1 g (1/6 tsp)
butter oil 40 g
wheat flour 30 g
fresh basil 5 g
fresh rosemary for decoration
Preparation:
Step 1
Cut 10 cherry tomatoes in half. Carefully, trying not to damage the walls, remove the pulp with a spoon.

Step 2
Place the pulp in a blender glass, add 8 more cherries and grind until smooth.

Step 3
Melt butter in a pan, add flour. Mix so that there are no lumps. Lightly fry.
Step 4
Pour the chopped tomato pulp there, add the chopped basil. Mix and heat everything together. If necessary, evaporate a little liquid. The sauce should be moderately thick.

Step 5
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place in a bowl. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the cheese.
Step 6
Pour smoked paprika, put sour cream and mix until the components are combined.

Step 7
Stuff the halves of cherry tomatoes with the resulting filling. Garnish with rosemary leaves. Serve stuffed cherries with tomato sauce.

Delicious!
