If you don’t have a mold in the form of roses – no problem, you can bake in any portions. They turn out to be very tasty – with a delicate creamy texture and a good chocolate taste. And this miracle is done quite simply.
Ingredients:
100 g of chocolate (50%)
80 g of butter
2 eggs
80 g of sugar
75 g of flour
a handful of cranberries
Preparation:
Step 1.
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat the eggs with sugar into a thick light foam and add a little cooled chocolate to them.
Step 2.
Pour in sifted flour, mix well. Also melt the butter, pour it into the dough, mix until smooth.
Step 3.
Place the dough in molds (it is more convenient with a teaspoon), put cranberries in the middle. You can use other berries or do not put them at all. Place in a hot oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 200 °C.
Step 4.
Cool the finished roses a little, take them out of the molds and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Delicious!
