Ingredients:
For the meringue:
eggs (only whites) – 2 pcs.
fine white sugar – 100 g
For the cream:
condensed milk – 2 tbsp. spoons
butter – 50 g
cherry jam – 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Step 1.
Carefully separate the whites from the yolks and pour into a bowl. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form (about two minutes). Then pour in the sugar and beat until the sugar dissolves, the mass will become dense and shiny.

Step 2.
Spread the protein mass on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, using a cooking syringe or just a spoon. Put the meringue tray in the oven heated to 120 °C, close the door and do not try to look inside. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Immediately remove the finished meringue from the pan and leave it to harden on the table.

Step 3.
For the cream, beat the melted butter into a white fluffy cream, add condensed milk little by little, continuing to beat. At the end, add a spoonful of jam for color (blackcurrant, blueberry, lingonberry – any red jam is also suitable).

Grease the cooled meringues with cream and glue the bottoms together – it’s done!
Delicious!
