Vegan Recipe: Vegetable Waffles Without Flour and Eggs!

Ingredients:

green buckwheat – 1 glass

medium carrot – 1 piece

medium beet – 1 piece

Crimean red onion – 1 large or 2 small

salt to taste

seasoning for chicken – 1/2 bag

dried garlic – 1 bag

guacamole is like a sauce, you can do without it

Preparation:

Step 1. Soak buckwheat for at least 4 hours, maybe overnight in cold water. When the buckwheat swells, drain the water, rinse.

Step 2. Beat swollen buckwheat in a blender with 1 cup of water and salt to a thick consistency. If it is very thick, you can add a little more water.

Step 3. Grate carrots and beets on a grater for Korean carrots. An ordinary grater will also work, but long, thin bars look nicer in ready-made waffles.

Step 4. Place the grated carrots and beets in different bowls. Finely chop the onion, divide into two equal parts and add to the carrots and beets.

Step 5. Pour the bag of garlic into two bowls. Add the chicken seasoning to the carrots.

Step 6. Divide the buckwheat mass in half, add to the bowls with vegetables, mix thoroughly. The “dough” is ready.

Step 7. Heat up the waffle iron, grease it with coconut or any other vegetable oil.

Step 8. Bake the waffles, adding about three spoons of batter per piece. This amount will make 4 carrot waffles and 4 with beets.

Delicious!
