Preparation:
Step 1. For the orange pie dough, sift the flour, add sugar and butter, pour warm water and knead the dough, it should be soft and tender. If it sticks to your hands a lot, add more flour. Cover the lump of dough with a film and set aside.

Step 2. Pour dried apricots with a small amount of boiling water, let it infuse. Peel the orange, cut into thin quarters, save the juice. Chop the nuts finely with a knife or in a blender. Peel the cardamom seeds and grind them into powder. Transfer dried apricots to a blender (without liquid, if the oranges are dry, add 2-3 tablespoons of infusion), grind.

Step 3. Put the dough for the lean pie on a greased baking sheet, roll it out and stretch it with your hands, put dried apricots, oranges on top, sprinkle with sugar and cardamom. Bake in an oven heated to 220 ℃ for about 15 minutes until the dough is golden brown.

The lean cake with oranges and dried apricots is ready! Delicious!
