Hot potato sandwiches – ingredients:
Bread – 260 g
Potatoes – 300 g
Sausage – 90 g cooked
Hard cheese – 80 g
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ground to taste
Vegetable oil – 50 g
Greens – 20 g
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Preparation:
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for a quick breakfast. It is very convenient to use a French loaf for hot sandwiches. It is best to use yesterday’s bread for cooking, because fresh bread does not cut well.

Step 2
Peel the potatoes and rinse well with cold water. Grate on a large grater. Add a little salt and leave for 5-7 minutes. After a while, it is good to squeeze out the excess juice.

Step 3
For sandwiches with potatoes, peel the casing from the sausage. Grind on the same grater. Add to potato chips.

Step 4
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
Step 5
Wash and dry the greens for sandwiches. Chop finely. Add to bowl.
Step 6
Kill the egg. Add salt and ground black pepper to your taste.
Step 7
Stir.

Step 8
Cut the loaf into circles for hot sandwiches, approximately 1-1.5 cm wide.

Step 9
Put the filling in a thin layer on each circle of bread and spread evenly, pressing with a spoon.

Step 10
Heat the oil in a pan with a non-stick coating. Spread the preparation with the filling to the bottom. Fry over low heat for 5-6 minutes until golden brown on one side. On the other hand, it is not necessary to fry.

Step 11
Carefully lift with a spatula and transfer to a flat plate with the filling facing up.
Hot potato sandwiches are ready.
Delicious!
