Necessary ingredients
- 3-4 sweet and sour apples,
- juice of half a lemon
- a tablespoon of honey
- 100 ml of apple juice,
- 2 tablespoons of butter

Burning apple sauce
First peel the apples and cut them into slices.
Crush the hot pepper and put it in a saucepan with all the other ingredients: apples, lemon juice, honey, apple juice and butter.

Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer over low heat for about half an hour. It is important to periodically stir the mixture so that it does not burn and all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
