My Grand Prix Fries! It’s Easy to Make, It Turns Out Tastier Than Restaurant Food! Children Are Delighted from the First Bite!

Ingredients:

5-6 potatoes

corn starch

oil for frying

salt

Preparation:

Step 1.

Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes about 1-1.5 cm thick.

Then we send it to a deep bowl and fill it with water. We leave it for 30 minutes.

This will help remove excess starch from the potatoes.

After that, strain the potatoes and rinse them again with water.

Step 2.

Then fill a pan with a little water with a little salt, put it on the stove and submerge all the potatoes.

We cook it until the water boils, and then another 5 minutes so that it cooks a little.

Then strain the potatoes and spread them on a paper towel.

Step 3.

After that, we put them in a deep dish, sprinkle corn starch on top, but not potato starch, and start shaking so that the starch sticks on all sides. It is used to give a nice crispy crust.

Step 4.

Now put a pot or a large frying pan on the stove, pour a generous amount of oil, and send the potatoes to fry.

The potatoes are already half ready, we just need to make them crispy on the outside now. It will be fried at this stage for about 4-5 minutes.

Step 5.

Next, spread out on a baking sheet with a paper towel to remove excess fat.

And after they have cooled, put them on a board wrapped in cling film and put them in the freezer until they are completely frozen.

Step 6.

Then put them in zip bags, and when you suddenly want french fries, just take out and send the frozen potatoes to hot oil (180-190 degrees) and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Delicious!
