This stew is very convenient because it is prepared quickly, from products that are always at hand, and does not need anything except a pan.
Ingredients:
young zucchini – 500 g
onion – 200 g
2 cloves of garlic
tomato sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons
sour cream – 2 tbsp. spoons
a big bunch of greenery
salt
vegetable oil
Preparation:
Step 1.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil until golden, put on a plate. Wash the courgettes and cut them into not too thin slices (young courgettes can be left unpeeled).

Step 2.
Lay layers of zucchini, a little fried onion, chopped greens (use any available – parsley, dill, basil, cilantro), chopped garlic, then another layer of zucchini, greens, onion and garlic on top of the pan, lightly salt both layers of zucchini.

Step 3.
Dissolve 2 spoons of tomato sauce and 2 spoons of sour cream in 100 ml of water and pour over the vegetables.

Step 4.
Close the pan with a lid and put it on medium heat, as soon as the liquid boils, reduce the heat and wait another 10 minutes – it’s done!
Delicious!
