Sometimes you want coffee, and the usual taste is boring. Then imagination is connected and it turns out… for example, this orange coffee. Well, very tasty and quite simple.
Ingredients:
water – 500 ml
Ethiopia coffee beans – 3 tbsp. spoons (pre-ground)
boiled condensed milk – 1 teaspoon
freshly squeezed orange juice – 25 ml
freshly ground black pepper – a pinch
Preparation:
Step 1
Let’s start with the correct grinding: it should be coarse, about the size of sea salt.
Step 2
For perfect vigor, let’s take coffee and water in a ratio of 1/16: for a half-liter French press, you need 3 tablespoons of ground “Ethiopia”.
Step 3
Add a teaspoon of condensed milk to the finished coffee and stir until completely dissolved.
Step 4.
Squeeze 0.25 l of orange juice
Step 5.
And now let’s mix: pour into your favorite cup of coffee and add juice before serving. Do not overdo it with juice: even boiled condensed milk can curdle in an acidic environment.
